Domestic Recurring Transactions:
As per RBI guidelines on recurring transactions, some SI transactions may fail, and cardholders need to manually make the payment for those cases. We are not receiving any transaction requests from the merchant for those failed cases. If any transaction fails due to any issue at our end, failed transaction SMS and email are triggered for specific reasons.
Please ask users to make the payment manually or connect with the merchant support team as a way around.
Note: For the transactions to go through successfully, we are in the process of setting up an emendate.
Additionally, once this is built, only the transactions under Rs. 5,000 will be able to go through with a mandate. Transactions above Rs. 5,000 would still require manual OTP as per RBI guidelines.
